Plot of Jurassic Park:

Steven Spielberg's phenomenally successful sci-fi adventure thriller The film follows two dinosaur experts  Dr. Alan Grant and Dr. Ellie Sattler as they are invited by eccentric millionaire John Hammond to preview his new amusement park on an island off Costa Rica. By cloning DNA harvested from pre-historic insects, Hammond has been able to create living dinosaurs for his new Jurassic Park, an immense animal preserve housing real brachiosaurs, dilophosaurs, triceratops, velociraptors, and a Tyrannosaur Rex. Accompanied by cynical scientist Ian Malcolm who is obsessed with chaos theory, and Hammond's two grandchildren,they are sent on a tour through Hammond's new resort in computer controlled touring cars. But as a tropical storm hits the island, knocking out the power supply, and an unscrupulous employee  sabotages the system so that he can smuggle dinosaur embryos out of the park, the dinosaurs start to rage out of control. Grant then has to bring Hammond's grandchildren back to safety as the group is pursued by the gigantic man-eating beasts.

Plot of Casino Royale:

Casino Royale introduces James Bond before he holds his license to kill. But Bond is no less dangerous, and with two professional assassinations in quick succession, he is elevated to '00' status. Bond's first 007 mission takes him to Uganda where he is to spy on a terrorist, Mollaka. Not everything goes to plan and Bond decides to investigate, independently of MI6, in order to track down the rest of the terrorist cell. Following a lead to the Bahamas, he encounters Dimitrios and his girlfriend, Solange. He learns that Dimitrios is involved with Le Chiffre, banker to the world's terrorist organizations. Secret Service intelligence reveals that Le Chiffre is planning to raise money in a high-stakes poker game in Montenegro at Le Casino Royale. MI6 assigns 007 to play against him, knowing that if Le Chiffre loses, it will destroy his organization. 'M' places Bond under the watchful eye of the beguiling Vesper Lynd. At first skeptical of what value Vesper can provide, Bond's interest in her deepens as they brave danger together and even torture at the hands of Le Chiffre. Plot for White House Down:
police officer John Cale (Channing Tatum) has just been denied his dream job of protecting President James Sawyer (Jamie Foxx) as a member of the Secret Service. While he and his daughter are there, a heavily armed paramilitary group attacks and seizes control. As the nation's government dissolves in chaos, only Cale can save his daughter, the president and the country.

Plot of The Client:
Mark Sway is an 11 year old boy who lives with his mother and brother in a trailer. One day the boys are playing and a car pulls up next to them. The driver in the car sticks a hose pipe in the exhaust and attacthes the other end to the car. Mark pulls it out however the man sees him and grabs him and takes him inside the car. The man that takes Mark talks to himself and eventually kills himself. The shock of this sends Mark into a mental breakdown.The police question Mark and come to the conclusion that Mark is pretending he knows more than he does.Roy Foltrigg, a prosecutor with political ambitions tells Msrk that he needs to speak to him and Mark finds himself needing a lawyer known as Reggie Love. Mark tells about how he saw a man kill himself. Reggie thinks Foltrigg thinks the lawyer told Mark where the body is and wants so speak to him. Mark meets Roy where he is threatened. During the film, Mark begins to find out the past of Reggie and dosent know if he can trust her anymore.

Crime Thriller:
A hybrid genre of both crime ans thrillers that offer suspence or success. Central topics of these fikms include serial killers/murders/robberies/chases/shootouts/heists and double crosses.

Plot of Shifty:

After four years, Chris returns to his birth place,where it seems to the audience at first he is going to a party however his real motive is to go and meet up with old friend Shifty. Christ whilst he was away has a good job, a mortgage and is shocked to find that Shifty is still selling cocaine and other drugs supplied by a double dealing guy named Glen. Shifty although happy to be reunited with Chris has not forgotten that Chris left him behind. Chris spends 24 hours watching Shifty selling drugs to the community. Throufghout the film, they both are faced with dangerous situations when Shifty lands himself in trouble. Chris sees an opportunity to show his loyalty to Shifty and tries to save Shifty from himself.

Conspiracy Thriller: 

The hero/heroine confronts a large,powerful group of enemies whos theories she/he understands.

Plot of The Chancellor:

In the prologue the protagonist meets an ambassador of the United States. The ambassador convinces him to show his theory to the public in novel form. The Chancellor complies and becomes a famous novelist. The ambassador is reveled to be part of an organization known to be called Inver Brass. This organization is a group of intellectuals who intervene in political and economic matters when they think there not on the right lines. These intellectuals decide to assassinate Edgar Hoover head of the FBI on the grounds that they believe that he contains destroying information. However when he is killed it is reveled that half the files are missing. In order to get the remaining files they recruit the chancellor to retract the files using him by giving him a new subject for his novel telling him that Hoover has been assassinated so that he will investigate further.

Comedy Thriller:

a genre that combines elements humour and suspense or action.

Films include Silver Streak/Charade/Kiss Kiss Bang Bang/ Mr and Mrs Smith.

Mr. and Mrs. Smith plot:

The film opens with John (Brad Pitt) and Jane Smith (Angelina Jolie) answering questions during their marriage counseling session. The couple has been married for five years but is suffering to remember the last time they engaged intermiately together. They explain their first meeting in Colombia where they met whilst both secretly on the run from Colombian authorities. They fall in love and get married. In reality, John and Jane are both skilled assassins working for different firms however have the same thing in common; they are both the best within their firm. They are both keeping their true profession from their spouse. When they are both assigned to kill the same guy they encounter one another on the job and immediately abandon the scene. Believing each had been sent to stop the other from completing their mission, they seek to discover and eliminate the other. After numerous occasions of nearly taking the others life, they encounter in a huge fight in their home resulting in guns in each others faces. They both drop the guns and decide to fight for love, and this is where there relationship starts. Both employers work effortlessly to destroy the couple by a group of assassins who blow up their home. They manage to kidnap Benjamin from prison and give him up as opposite to themselves. John and Jane make plans to stand together and in the final scene are seen taking down an army of assassins in a shootout in a department store. The film ends with them explaining how happy they both are and how their relationship has changed.
